When working second placements, we successfully work the files other agencies have deemed “uncollectible”.  Sequoia believes that no file is uncollectible until every possible effort is exhausted.  Just as you may split the inventory between two to three primary agencies to create competition and higher recoveries, having another agency re-work your accounts makes good business sense as well.  This program not only assists our clients in validating the performance of their first or current vendors, but also generates a significant amount of additional revenue.
